Eggs baked in muffin tins. This is one of the easiest ways to prepare eggs without having to fry or flip them, or worry about breaking the yolks. Great when cooking for a crowd. Two muffin tins can be baked at once when serving a larger group of guests.

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Eggs
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Muffin Tin

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Grease 12 muffin tins with nonstick spray
  3. Crack eggs individually into each muffin tin
  4. Add a dash of salt and pepper
  5. Bake for 17 minutes or until done.
